數控鋼筋彎箍機定尺彎箍存在誤差的原因

數(shu)控(kong)鋼(gang)筋(jin)彎(wan)箍(gu)機(ji)定(ding)尺(chi)彎(wan)箍(gu)誤(wu)差(cha)存(cun)在(zai)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin),數(shu)控(kong)鋼(gang)筋(jin)彎(wan)箍(gu)機(ji)定(ding)尺(chi)彎(wan)箍(gu)的(de)定(ding)義(yi)是(shi)鋼(gang)筋(jin)調(tiao)直(zhi)完(wan)畢(bi)後(hou),需(xu)對(dui)其(qi)長(chang)度(du)進(jin)行(xing)測(ce)量(liang),以(yi)便(bian)給(gei)出(chu)定(ding)長(chang)彎(wan)箍(gu)信(xin)號(hao)。但(dan)是(shi)從(cong)其(qi)定(ding)尺(chi)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng),我(wo)們(men)就(jiu)可(ke)以(yi)分(fen)析(xi)其(qi)定(ding)尺(chi)彎(wan)箍(gu)誤(wu)差(cha)存(cun)在(zai)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin):

  由於鋼筋在行走且錘頭位置不確定,而存在的誤差。調直鋼筋被壓輥拖動,以一定速度行進(一般情況鋼筋前進速度為30m/min),錘頭上下往複運動頻率為600次/分,則錘頭完成一個行程需要0.1s,即數控彎箍機構從接收到信號,到錘頭落下彎箍完成,時間在0~0.1s範圍內變化。若讓鋼筋自由行走,鋼筋必須會存在0~50mm之間的行走誤差。

  按(an)照(zhao)目(mu)前(qian)數(shu)控(kong)鋼(gang)筋(jin)彎(wan)箍(gu)機(ji)的(de)定(ding)長(chang)方(fang)法(fa),是(shi)到(dao)位(wei)後(hou)迫(po)使(shi)鋼(gang)筋(jin)停(ting)止(zhi)前(qian)進(jin),來(lai)獲(huo)得(de)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)彎(wan)箍(gu)精(jing)度(du),則(ze)夾(jia)輥(gun)與(yu)鋼(gang)筋(jin)間(jian)將(jiang)存(cun)在(zai)相(xiang)對(dui)運(yun)動(dong)而(er)打(da)滑(hua),勢(shi)必(bi)在(zai)鋼(gang)筋(jin)表(biao)麵(mian)形(xing)成(cheng)劃(hua)痕(hen)。同(tong)樣(yang),迫(po)使(shi)鋼(gang)筋(jin)停(ting)止(zhi)前(qian)進(jin)亦(yi)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)上(shang)節(jie)所(suo)出(chu)現(xian)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang),而(er)且(qie)鋼(gang)筋(jin)越(yue)長(chang),誤(wu)差(cha)越(yue)嚴(yan)重(zhong)。
